Berry “David” Culbertson is the owner and sole proprietor of Cornerstone Inspection Services and has over 5 years’ experience in the home inspection field performing hundreds of inspections on both new construction homes as well as older homes in the Houston and surrounding areas. David has also been a 5 Star rated service provider for Angie’s List for the past 5 years.

In addition, David has over 35 years’ experience as a small business entrepreneur and has owned several services companies in the data protection and security sectors. He has experience in leading industry trade groups, public speaking and is a musician with his own local Country Band. (The Old Dirt Road Band). David frequently makes himself available to speak to groups of realtors and prides himself in being more than just another inspector but a valuable resource to real estate buyers, sellers, brokers and agents.
