Warranty Inspection

Most new homes come with a 1- or 2-year warranty on things such as appliances and building finishes, walls (interior & exterior), floors & ceilings, roof coverings and concrete flat work. The warranty inspection helps the homeowner document deficiencies that are covered by their warranty and is the las opportunity to have the builder cover the cost of repairs. 

Cornerstone Inspection Services provides a $100.00 discount toward warranty inspections on new homes that we have inspected during the final blue tape walk through inspection. The documentation of deficiencies gives the homeowner legal standing in the event the builder fails to make corrections.
